Sandra is a highly successful learning and development consultant and business woman, who has run multi-million pound learning and development budgets, managed large, complex teams, is an executive coach, and has run her own learning business.

She started her career in banking where she moved into sales and sales management, before progressing successfully into the learning and development arena.

Previous posts held include Bank Manager for Lloyds TSB, Head of Group Training and Development for Abbey National plc, Head of Management Development & Education for Santander.

Currently Sandra is the Managing Director of McCall Consulting Limited and Associate Executive Coach with CHPD and Macpherson Allan Practice.
