Our aim is to provide a strong mix of academic depth and practical application to enable practitioners to meet the challenges of their role today and in anticipating the future.

Each module includes distance learning and research provided through a guided workbook, a workshop and an assessment through assignment, project or observation aimed at adding value to the individual's organisation. The assessments are practical and enable coaching support to be provided to the management of specific projects and priorities for the organisation and local businesses.

Development Options for Learning & Training Practitioners

One year Associate Membership of ITOL (Institute of Training and Occupational Learning) will be granted to all participants upon completion of the first module, with the final level of membership being confirmed as relevant points are attained.

This approach enables the parent organisations to select appropriate development for their staff to meet the needs of their organisation, and to budget accordingly.
