Flexible Development for Training & Development Managers

The Learning Sanctuary is the exclusive provider of ITOL qualifications for Training and Development Managers; and a specialist provider of personal development master classes.

All of the programmes have been developed by the Learning Sanctuary with successful practitioners to meet global standards and competency frameworks. The programmes enable development to be relevant, pragmatic and of value to the individual and organisation. Our aim is to provide a strong mix of academic depth and practical application to enable managers to meet the challenges of their role today and in anticipating the future.

The programme is a NEW modular approach to a professional development framework with the potential to gain an ITOL and University accredited qualification and designatory letters through a credit based approach.

Each module includes distance learning and research provided through a guided workbook, a workshop and an assessment through assignment, project or observation aimed at adding value to the individual’s organisation.

The assessments are practical and enable coaching support to be provided to the management of specific projects and priorities for the organisation and local businesses.

ALL programmes can be tailored to meet specific organisational needs and can be run in-house at the discounted price shown below, assuming in -house premises are utilised.

Development Options for Learning, Training & Development Managers

One year Associate Membership of ITOL (Institute of Training and Occupational Learning) will be granted to all participants upon completion of the first module, with the final level of membership being confirmed as relevant points are attained.

This approach enables the parent organisations to select appropriate development for their staff to meet the needs of their organisation, and to budget accordingly.

The credits gained from this approach can also count towards either an MA or MBA in Creative Leadership awarded by Via Vinci (International University for Creative Leadership and Entrepreneurship).
