three-day program will prepare you to provide leadership in

The ASTD
2004 Competency Study: Mapping the Future identified
managing the learning function as a critical area of expertise for
the workplace learning and performance professional. The content of
this program is based on the ASTD Competency Model and helps in
preparation for obtaining the Certified Professional in Learning
and Performance (CPLP) Credential.
The
ASTD Managing the Learning Function Certificate is awarded to
participants upon successful completion of the 3-day
program.

Upon
completion of the program, the participant will be able
